The Walkabout at Kiwanis Park will be on Tuesday 4 April 2017 at 8 AM.

Kiwanis Park is an interesting park with a boardwalk and a bridge with a little lake. There is a nice area of snags for woodpeckers and it can be a migrant trap in the spring for warblers and other migrating birds. Last year we saw Swallow-tailed Kites and Barred Owls with a baby.

The Kiwanis Park can be accessed from Midway Blvd. Turn on to Victoria Ave and right on to Donora St and then another right into the parks parking lot at 501 Donora, Port Charlotte, FL.  33948.
